No money passes through this app

crinkleit does not hold, handle, process or take any share of any money. Entry fees and prizes are a private arrangement between players. The app records what a league owner tells it about who has paid and shows how a pot would divide under that league's chosen split — nothing more. No payment is ever taken through the site.

That means any dispute about money is between the players involved. crinkleit is not a party to it, cannot resolve it, and holds nothing to refund.

Age

This is for adults. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over. It is not aimed at under-18s, and an account found to belong to someone under 18 will be removed.

Playing fairly

One account per person. Don't share your account or log in as someone else. Don't use scripts or automated tools to enter predictions.

Predictions lock 30 minutes before each fixture's own kick-off. That is per fixture, not per round, so a Saturday game closing tells you nothing about the Sunday one. Once a fixture has locked, its predictions cannot be changed by anyone, including the admin.

Results come from public football data feeds. If a result arrives wrong, the admin may correct it and scores are recalculated. Predictions themselves are never edited after the fact.

What you can expect

This is a free app run by one person in their spare time. It may be unavailable, may change, and may stop. Nothing here is a guarantee of availability, and you shouldn't rely on it for anything that matters beyond the game.

Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse, cheating or harassment of other players.

To the extent the law allows, crinkleit isn't liable for any loss arising from using the app — including anything to do with money arranged between players, which, as above, has nothing to do with this app.

Changes

These terms may change. If they change in a way that matters, you'll be told in the app.
